We know you have questions for us, so we’ve compiled some of the most asked and put them all here for your convenience.

When are you guys open?

We’re open daily from 12pm to 8pm, except for Mondays.

Where are you located?

We’re located at 31 Hill Street, Onehunga.

Are you halal?

We don’t use any pork products in the restaurant. However, we cannot 100% guarantee due to cross contamination that may or may not occur during manufacturing. By our knowledge and what they advertise, they are halal certified.

How do I reheat the seafood boil for the best takeaway experience?

To ensure your meal stays as close to the dining experience in-store, it’s best to follow the following reheat instructions.

  1. Put the seafood boil bag and sauce into the fridge immediately without the foil.
  2. When you’re ready, preheat the oven beforehand.
  3. Empty the seafood bag into a tray.
  4. Drain as much sauce from the bag into a pot, and heat that up on the stove on low heat separately.
  5. Reheat your tray in the oven until desired temperature, and pour your hot sauce on top.

Do you do deliveries?

Yes, we do. We’re partnering with UberEats for deliveries, but only within the vicinity of our restaurant and not nationwide.

Do you do takeaways?

Yes, we do. You can order takeaway on our takeaway site, but please do take note that you can only pre-order takeaways one day in advance.

What do I need to do to dine-in?

Due to the limited space we have in the restaurant, it’s recommended that you make a reservation online. That’s also where you can choose your dine-in day as well as timing.

Can I walk-in?

Yes, you may. However, we cannot guarantee you will get a seat. It’s safer if you were to make your dine-in reservations online.

The reservation website shows the slot is full.

Unfortunately, that means the time slot for that day is fully booked. Perhaps you could try a different time slot, or a different day to prevent any disappointments.

Can I swap seafood parts in the tray?

Yes, you can, but do check with our staff when you’re dining in, or when you’re physically at the store to collect your pick-up order.

Is there any parking nearby?

Yes, there is. However, when it gets busy, parking may become limited and you might only be able to find parking a little further from the restaurant.

How much do the seafood trays cost?

They vary according to the size of the tray ordered, as well as any add-ons you may have. You may view the menu and prices on our website, or on our Facebook page as reference.

Can I call-in to the store?

Yes, you can. But we do apologize in advance as we don’t have too many staff, we might not be able to pick up on time.
